Announcement: PALA Bylaws Amended and Approved
We are pleased to announce that the PALA Bylaws have been amended and officially approved
as of April 15, 2025.
A copy of the updated bylaws will be sent via email to each resident for whom we have an email
address on file.
Please note that the bylaws will be enforced to the fullest extent possible.
Thank you for your attention and cooperation.
The PALA BYLAWS were approved on April 15, 2025. Effective immediately, the new bylaws
will be fully implemented and enforced. This includes the issuance of notices, violations, fines,
and the loss of access to all facilities and roadways.
